Art of Elan was thrilled to once again partner with the Carlsbad Music Festival in a special performance that paired the music of Brazilian composer (and recent appointee to the UC San Diego Department of Music faculty) Marcos Balter with works by Puerto Rico-born composer and multi-instrumentalist Angelica Negron and Haitian-American composer, singer and flutist Nathalie Joachim.
